As a Business Analyst / Odoo Consultant, you will work with clients to understand their needs, analyse their business processes and translate them into practical Odoo solutions.
You will join a growing international group while working in a collaborative, human-sized team.
About the Role
You will act as the link between the client’s business needs and the Odoo solution.
You will be involved in the full project cycle: analysis, configuration, demos, training and post go-live support.
What you will do
- Analyse client needs and map business processes.
- Translate requirements into practical Odoo solutions.
- Configure Odoo modules based on each client’s reality.
- Work with project managers, functional architects, technical teams and developers.
- Prepare demos and Proofs of Concept.
- Train key users and support change management.
- Follow up after deployment and suggest improvements.
Your Profile
You will be a great fit if you:
- Enjoy understanding how companies work.
- Are curious about Odoo, ERP systems or digital transformation.
- Are comfortable with information systems, workflows and data.
- Like working with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Are structured, pragmatic and eager to learn.
- Speak Dutch and English. French is a strong plus.
Previous experience with Odoo or ERP projects is a plus, but not mandatory.
