Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the activities of our Market Data team. In this role, you will contribute to the operational management of client accounts, contracts, and invoicing processes, while ensuring high service quality and efficient coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Data Operations

  • Ensure proper archiving and classification of contracts
  • Manage and record issued invoices
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients
  • Track and manage accounts to be deactivated (SFTP/API)
  • Request and follow up on Purchase Order (PO) numbers
  • Support the follow-up of variable fees invoicing

E-Learning Activities

  • Handle client inquiries (emails and calls)
  • Manage and send user accounts
  • Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate reminders

Key Requirements:

Hard Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)

Soft Skills:

  • Team player with a strong collaborative mindset
  • Autonomous and well-organized
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills (internal & client-facing)
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

Language Skills:        

  • Fluent English (written and verbal)

Education and Experience:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational, administrative, or customer support role, ideally in a data, finance, or service-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in invoicing, contract management, or client account administration would be considered a strong asset.

Location:

Your work location will be Paris, with no specific restriction amongst other EPEX office locations and an attractive hybrid work policy.
