Description du poste :

 

Structuration et conversion de la base de troubleshooting

  • Analyser les contenus existants de troubleshooting 
  • Convertir ces contenus en articles Wiki structurés, conformes aux standards internes 
  • Harmoniser la terminologie, les structures documentaires et les métadonnées.

Adaptation documentaire à partir de la documentation de service

  • Identifier les informations techniques clés issues des procédures de maintenance et de la documentation de service.

Transfert et adaptation de contenus vers une application client

  • Analyser une application destinée à accompagner les clients dans leurs opérations de maintenance.
  • Extraire, adapter et intégrer les contenus pertinents dans le Wiki interne 
  • Proposer des améliorations de contenu 

 



Description du profil :

Qui êtes-vous?

  • Étudiant(e) en Licence ou Master 

 

  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français et en anglais.
  • Des notions en IA, structuration de données
