Join our Field Technician Apprenticeship, where you’ll gain hands-on experience working with the infrastructure that powers our network. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, combining on-site learning with your studies to develop into a qualified network technician, while supporting installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across our network.
What you’ll be doing:
Working in our Operations & Engineering function, you’ll support the day-to-day running of Colt’s network. On our programme, you’ll gain exposure to real-world network operations, supporting installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across our local infrastructure.
You’ll also be responsible for:
- Supporting the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure
- Installing customer equipment at customer premises
- Managing trouble tickets and supporting fault resolution
- Handling shipments and preparing equipment for deployment
- Carrying out fibre optic testing
Who are we looking for?
You must be a native Danish speaker, with strong English language skills. You should be enrolled in, or eligible for, a relevant vocational programme such as Data Technician, Network Technician, Infrastructure Technician, or Electrician (e.g. TEC studies), and have a strong interest in hands-on technical work.
Other qualities we look for include:
- A practical, proactive approach to learning
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A full driving licence is beneficial, but not essential
