About the job
You will join the Research & Discovery department at Arla Innovation Centre in Skejby, Aarhus, where science meets innovation and business impact. The department works across process technology, food science, food microbiology, nutrition & health and external partnerships to turn research into value for consumers, customers and Arla. In this role, you will help create structure, transparency and momentum around the work of the Research & Discovery lead team.
This is a varied and visible student role where you will work close to colleagues across scientific disciplines and gain insight into how research priorities, portfolio choices and leadership decisions are supported in practice. You will contribute to meeting and event coordination, communication materials, data handling, portfolio-related activities and Power BI visualisations. In short, you will help turn complexity into clarity - and play a practical role in making the department run smoothly.

Who are you?
You are a reliable, well-organised and proactive student who enjoys creating structure and bringing clarity to complex information. You like working with both people and data, and you take pride in delivering high-quality work that others can use. You are curious, service-minded and confident enough to take initiative when something needs to be sorted, improved or followed up.
You have strong English skills, both written and spoken, and you are comfortable working in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Power BI is an advantage, but most importantly you have an interest in data, visualisation and creating clear, useful overviews.
We imagine that you are currently studying for your bachelor's or master's degree within business, communication, innovation, data, engineering or a related field. Please indicate on your CV when you expect to graduate from your final education. Please note that it is a requirement to be enrolled in a study programme in Denmark.
You will be able to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies.

- Structuring data and information across key processes, tools and recurring leadership activities
- Supporting portfolio management activities, including input preparation, tracking, reporting and overview creation
- Developing and maintaining Power BI visualisations and simple reporting views that help colleagues make better, faster decisions
