What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack developers, providing technical guidance and promoting engineering excellence;
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions using modern architecture and API-first principles;
- Drive code quality through best practices, code reviews, and technical standards.
- Guide the development of cloud-native applications running on Azure and containerized environments;
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
- Support the integration of workflow automation platforms such as n8n and AI technologies including LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI;
- Ensure reliable, resilient, and observable application delivery through collaboration with DevOps and platform teams.
What you'll need
- Proven experience in Full Stack software engineering, including backend development, frontend architectures, and REST/GraphQL APIs;
- Previous experience mentoring developers or acting as a technical lead for engineering teams;
- Strong knowledge of software design principles, architecture patterns, data modeling, and integrations;
- Experience with Azure Cloud and cloud-native application development;
- Familiarity with containerized environments and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes;
- Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n or similar platforms;
- Exposure to AI application frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI;
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
- Passion for technical mentorship and continuous improvement;
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
