What You’ll Do
As part of the Finance team, you’ll support the day-to-day financial operations of three related businesses while gaining exposure to every stage of the finance cycle.
You’ll:
- Process sales and purchase transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform bank, supplier and customer account reconciliations.
- Raise invoices, support credit control activities and monitor outstanding balances.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Support month-end procedures and financial reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve banking and finance-related queries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Contribute to finance improvement projects and wider business support activities.
- Support initiatives to enhance the customer journey and strengthen the organisation’s brand.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for motivated, analytical individuals who are excited to build a career in finance and business.
You’ll ideally be studying Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics or another related discipline.
You’ll also bring:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with accounting software (advantageous).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
No previous industry experience is required—we’re looking for potential, enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
