We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our LCAG RTR Team

RTR is a dynamic department. We pay attention to training our employees, developing their knowledge and accounting skills to let them be ready to take over more demanding tasks. In our department you will have the possibility to learn end-to-end cross-tower processes, develop your knowledge and awareness of accounting complexity.

Tasks

In your role, you will be responsible for intercompany accounting as well as direct contact and cooperation with Intercompany Suppliers and Business Units.

  • Every day you will post incoming and outgoing intercompany invoices in compliance with the policies and procedures (both for finance and purchase order documents)
  • You will act as a main point of contact for the suppliers within your responsibility and build the good relationship between the suppliers and our client
  • You will monitor and reconcile open positions on vendor, customer and G/L accounts
  • You will book accruals and monthly provisions
  • Finaly, the monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet and Income Statement items between Group Companies will let you develop your analytical and accounting skills

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • Master/bachelor's degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines
  • We highly appreciate minimum 1 year of experience in accounting/finance
  • You feel quite confident in speaking English. Your communication, both oral and written, is conducted in a professional manner

  • German language - nice to have
  • You feel confident in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
  • If you already have SAP knowledge your introduction will be even more efficient
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • You feel good when you cooperate in a team, but when needed, you can also conduct your individual tasks independently
  • You understand that it is crucial to work systematically and respond to clients and suppliers quickly and efficiently
  • Highly developed analytical and conceptual mindset, you can easily work with high volume data
