About the role
Reporting to the NPI Lead within the Supply Chain organization, the Supply & Commercial Data Specialist FRBNL is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of master data within Vestacy’s ERP systems (SAP). The role covers the end‑to‑end management of product, customer, and vendor master data, ensuring compliance with internal processes and supporting business performance.
This role works cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, IT teams, and external logistics and IT service providers.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure reliability and consistency of master data from ERP (SAP) setup through EDI flows (ORDER, DESADV, INVOICE).
- Create and maintain product master data (standard, promotional, kits, bundles).
- Create and maintain customer and supplier master data.
- Maintain pricing conditions, discounts, and commercial agreements in SAP.
- Ensure data accuracy to support correct and compliant invoicing.
- Communicate product and customer master data to external partners and service providers.
- Manage environmental tax and regulatory declarations, including data collection and submission.
- Act as primary contact for eco‑organizations and regulatory bodies related to master data reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen data governance and data quality.
- Develop validation queries, control methodologies, and preventive checks.
- Define and monitor KPIs to track master data quality and operational performance.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Data Management or equivalent).
- First considerable experience in master data, supply chain, logistics, or ERP environments preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of autonomy, rigor, and adherence to processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with a strong interest in systems and data.
- Team‑oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Continuous improvement and problem‑solving mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP and Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is a strong asset
