Tasks
- Implement data governance and data quality frameworks for finance data
- Design pragmatic and compliant solutions for:
- data access control
- data sharing across the organization
- Collaborate with Lufthansa Group standardization bodies on governance frameworks
- Identify stakeholders and ensure effective onboarding and rollout of new policies
- Act as a consultant for:
- data owners
- data scientists
- business analysts
- Participate in data-related projects
- Drive a "data quality first" mindset:
- define quality metrics
- establish continuous improvement cycles
- Lead cross-domain initiatives (e.g. data catalogue)
- Ensure transparent and regular communication of initiatives and results
- Build and maintain a strong network within the Lufthansa Group data community

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in:
- digital transformation
- data management
- process management
- Experience working with data and processes (airline industry is a plus)
- Degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems or similar
- Solid understanding of:
- data quality
- data lifecycle
- data management concepts
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Experience in process design and optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
- Very good command of English (German is a plus)
