You will join an international, fast-paced environment where your work directly contributes to global growth.
What You’ll Do
As part of the International Sales team, you will support key nursery retailers and distributors across France, gaining exposure to all stages of the customer lifecycle:
- Support onboarding of new wholesale customers from setup to launch
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and retailer prospects
- Support day-to-day management of wholesale and distributor accounts
- Manage customer enquiries with timely and professional responses
- Maintain pricing files and support invoicing and payment tracking
- Analyse sales data, trends and promotions to generate insights
- Assist with forecasting and demand planning cycles
- Support planning and execution of customer promotions and launches
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance teams

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for motivated, curious individuals eager to build a career in commercial roles.
You may be studying:
- Business, Marketing, International Business, Economics or related fields
You will also have:
- Fluency in French and a good level of English
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence using Excel and data
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Interest in sales, business development or international trade
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
No prior commercial experience is required.

Location: Northampton, United Kingdom
Duration: 12 months
