We’re looking for a highly organized and ambitious intern to help manage the day-to-day operations of our coach ecosystem.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Head of Coach Partnerships and gain exposure to creator partnerships, operations, content production, and startup execution.

Your Role
As an Ops Intern, you own the coach ecosystem at noa.
That means the relationships with our founding coaches, the quality of everything they ship, and the operating model we use to grow the app’s revenue.
You are the person accountable for how the coach side of the business runs and grows. When something involves a coach, it goes through you.
Your mission:
- Keep coaches aligned, engaged, and executing at a high level to maximise business impact.
- Turn the coach ecosystem into a real commercial engine for noa.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the Coach Relationship: You are the main point of contact for every coach. You build trust and set the bar for how they work with us.
- Own Program Quality: Every workout, programme, and piece of content that ships under a coach's name goes through you. You catch errors before users see them and hold the bar across the roster.
- Own Coach Growth: You help each coach grow as a creator and as a business: positioning, content strategy, audience growth, whatever moves the needle. Their growth is Noa's growth.
- Own the Operating Model: You decide how we work with coaches at scale. You design the processes, pick the tools, and bring in AI and automation where it saves real time. When something is broken, you rebuild it.
- Own the Coach Roadmap: You decide what ships next on the coach side: new formats, content initiatives, growth experiments, and partnership models. You bring proposals to the founders with a clear point of view and a strong understanding of what drives coach performance.
Your Profile
- You've owned a work stream end-to-end in a previous role
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or coaches
- Real affinity for fitness, wellness, or sport — this is what the product is built on
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Natural "farmer" mindset → you build and nurture relationships over time
- Comfortable with Notion, Slack, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude), and curious about automation

- Background in creator economy, talent management, partnerships, or agency work
- You've run content operations or editorial pipelines or creator programs before
