We are looking for a dedicated RTR/PTP/OTC Senior Accountant to join our GEM RTR Team.
RTR is a dynamic department. We pay attention to training our employees, developing their knowledge and accounting skills and to let them be ready to take over demanding tasks. You will have the possibility to learn end-to-end cross-tower processes, develop your knowledge and awareness of accounting complexity.
Tasks
In your role, you will be responsible for vendor, customer and cost accounting as well as direct contact and cooperation with Intercompany and 3rd party Suppliers, Customers and Business Units.

Tasks
In your role, you will be responsible for vendor, customer and cost accounting as well as direct contact and cooperation with Intercompany and 3rd party Suppliers, Customers and Business Units.
- Post incoming intercompany and 3rd party invoices in compliance with the policies and procedures
- Handle approval process for incoming and outgoing documents
- Release and execute the payment run according to schedule or settle the intercompany documents via WIP clearing
- Monitor the sub bank accounts and process bank transactions together with bank reconciliation process
- Act as a main point of contact for the suppliers and customers within your responsibility and built the good relationship between the suppliers, customers and our client
- Monitor and reconcile open positions on vendor, customer and G/L interim accounts
- Take active part in MEC/QEC/YEC preparation and performance of closing tasks and WIP reconciliation process
- Post and resolve of MEC/YEC provisions and accruals
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- To join us you need the university diploma or equivalent
- We highly appreciate minimum 2 years of experience in Finance RtR, PtP or OtC department
- To feel quite confident in speaking English. Your communication, both oral and written, is conducted in a professional manner
- Flexibility and adaptability are well known to you
- You feel good when you cooperate in a team, but when needed, you can also conduct your individual tasks independently
- You understand that it is crucial to work systematically and respond to client and suppliers quickly and efficiently
- Thanks to your highly developed analytical and conceptual mindset, you can easily work with high volume data
- You are self-confident with highly independent approach to work
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
